Any creature that makes skin on skin physical contact with the Reef Stalker or hits them with a melee attack while within 5 ft. of them must make a Constitu tion Saving Throw DC 12, taking 7 (2d6) poison damage on a failed save and becomes poisoned for 1 minute.
