Spellcasting The Cursed Oracle can cast spells from the water domain as if she were a 10th-level cleric. She has the follow ing cleric spells prepared: • Cantrip (at will): shape water, create or destroy water • 1st level (4 slots): fog cloud, purify food and drink, thunderwave • 2nd level (3 slots): create or destroy water, misty step • 3rd level (3 slots): water breath ing, water walk • 4th level (3 slots): control water, freedom of movement • 5th level (2 slots): cone of cold Actions Tentacle Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d8+5) bludgeoning damage plus 7 (2d6) cold damage. Reaction Spell Displacement. The Cursed Oracle may roll a d20 against any who cast a spell that targets her directly. If she rolls higher than the caster on the d20, the spell targets the next closest creature who is not the Collector Queen. Description The Cursed Oracle has the upper body of an athletic female elf and the lower body of a multi-tentacled violet squid. Her eyes have been removed by the Collector Queen and a silken scarf has been tied around the empty sockets to hide an unspeakable horror that was discovered beneath.
