They typically spend their time lurking in underground tombs, wondering how their unlife is any different than their deaths. • Challenge Threshold – 6 • Health Points – 12 • Defense – D10+2 • Attack (Magic Missiles or Light ning or Fireballs, etc.) – Attack Roll D12+2, +3 Damage • Special Ability – A Lich can counter any spell that is cast upon it. When a spell is cast at the Lich, even if it is successful, the Lich rolls a D10. On a roll of 8, 9, or 10, the spells is countered and has no effect. Villainy Points may be used to automatically succeed on this roll. • Special Ability – When a Lich successfully counters a spell, the Lich can attempt to reflect the spell back at its caster.
